2013 Town and County Tax payments are now due and payable by January 31st without penalty.
February 1st – February 28th will be charged a 1% penalty
March 1st – April 1st will be charged a 2% penalty.
April 1st is the last day to pay at the Town of Montgomery. Any payments made after April 1st must be made to the Commissioner of Finance in Goshen, 265 Main St. Goshen, NY 10924 (845)291-2480.

January – Monday thru Thursday 8:15am-3:30pm. Friday 8:15am – 12:15pm
January 31st – 8:15am – 5:00pm
February – Monday & Wednesday- 8:15am-3:30pm Friday 8:15am-12:15pm
February 28th – 8:15am – 5:00pm
March – Monday 8:15am-3:30pm & Friday 8:15am -12:15pm
April 1st 8:15am – 5:00pm
Payments made at the County will not be posted on this website
